Home to the region’s first private inpatient psychiatric facility, Mind Care combines specialist expertise with a secure digital Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) to support efficient, coordinated, and high-quality care.

Continuing our commitment to innovation, we are preparing to introduce rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)—a non-invasive, evidence-based treatment particularly used for depression.

Dr. Najamuddin

MBBS, MCPS, MRCPsych (London)

Dr. Najamuddin is a UK-qualified Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in mental health care. He has been serving with the Ministry of Health, Brunei Darussalam since 2009, providing specialist psychiatric care for adults and adolescents.

He is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from the United States and is a Member of the Board of Visitors in Brunei, contributing to mental health quality improvement, patient rights, and implementation of the Mental Health Order.

His approach combines international clinical experience, evidence-based treatment, psychotherapy, and compassionate patient-centred care.

Dr. Nisar Ahmed Mahar is a skin specialist with over 20 years of experience. He has also worked with the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Nisar Ahmed provides expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, allergies, pigmentation problems, hair loss, and other common dermatological conditions.
